This is an awesome, family business. Jason, the owner, and his sons are amazing. They respond to issues quickly and professionally. The show up as scheduled and do the job right, the first time, every time. You get an email with actual photos of your recently-cleaned pool as well as a description of worked performed every time they service the pool!
These guys are professionals running a real business, with trained technicians, and top-grade equipment.
It's been comforting to know that my pool is one less thing I have to worry about. I just want the thing to be chrystal clear all the time, and I don't want to ever think about it.
I've had bad experiences with various pool service companies. I never know when they show up, if they serviced the pool, or what they did.
Or, a constant turn-over of pool guys. Sometimes I'd look out my window and think, "Who the heck is that?!"Some pool guys were super creepy, no uniforms, and a ragged-out truck. Or, they show up on a Saturday afternoon while my kids are swimming or having a pool-party. Very frustrating.
I will say this... Odyssey is not the cheapest. They are on the high-end of other companies I've used. So, if you're looking for low-budget provider, look elsewhere.
